Just_in_Time_for_a_Highlander Happy Belated Valentine's Day, everyone! I hope everyone had a great night out, painting the town red, or a great night in, enjoying a cozy evening like I did. My husband made dinner for me (eggrolls), and I made dinner for him (steak), and we watched Hugh Grant's new movie, Rewrite, which was cute--and better than I expected, which is always good. And we had just seen Kingsman, the latest Colin Firth movie, the night before. I'm still waiting for a third Bridget Jones movie, but if we have to wait much longer, I'm afraid it's going to be Bridget and Mark becoming grandparents.

I have several Valentine's Day Gifts for you—all of them related to time travel!

First and foremost, Just in Time for a Highlander is out at last, and it's been getting great reviews—FOUR STARS from Romantic Times and a coveted STARRED review from Publishers Weekly (my third starred review from them, but, hey, who's keeping track?) I know you'll enjoy my feisty young clan chieftess, Abby, and her dashing hero, Duncan. There's a bit of time travel twist here, since Duncan is the one who's transported back in time. And some of you eagle-eyed readers may remember meeting Duncan before...

Interested in ordering Just in Time for a Highlander? Let me make it easy for you: Amazon or B&N . Just think, you could be reading it in under 60 seconds.

If you haven’t already begun to watch Hindsight, a new show on VH1 that premiered a few weeks ago, get thee to a TV! The premise is this: Becca, a forty-something, faints on the night before her second wedding and wakes up twenty years earlier in 1995 on the morning of her first wedding. She and her best friend, Lolly, try to straighten out the mistakes she made in her life, but as you know, fixing one mistake can sometime lead to others. It’s really adorable and funny, and it's filled with great 90s music. There are several hot love interests, and Becca and Lolly’s friendship is the heart of the show. You can watch the episodes that have already aired for free at VH1.com.

You and I aren't time travelers like Duncan, or Becca, but if you have a smartphone, you can relive some of your best moments from the past with the Timehop app. Once you download it (it's free!) and grant it access to your various data and social media streams, Timehop prepares a daily peek into your past--one year ago, two years ago, three years ago, etc.) You’ll see the photos and videos you took, the tweets you tweeted, and the posts you posted. I drop everything I’m doing each day when the alert comes in. (Of course, I’m pretty easily distracted.) Great fun.

Last but not least, my publisher is running a great contest, so if you want to enter to win one of five copies of Just in Time for a Highlander, click the image below. Hurry, though. The contest ends in four days.

Book #2 in the Sirens of the Scottish Borderlands series, First Time with a Highlander (out October 2015), is done and to my editor! Yay! And I’m hard at work on #3, Every Time with a Highlander. If you'd like to throw a little support my way and you've read Just in Time for a Highlander, post a review on Goodreads or Amazon. I'd really appreciate it. I can't thank you enough for accompanying me on this journey. You make it all worthwhile.
