Design Her Gals

I'm thrilled to tell you that DesignHerGals.com is doing a special promotion for fans of Seducing Mr. Darcy and Pride and Prejudice. For the first time ever, you can put yourself in Mr. Darcy's arms and hold on to him forever, as I have done below.

If you've never visited DesignHerGals.com, the best way to describe it is paper dolls for grown ups. You go to the site, design an illustration of yourself, choosing hair color, eye color, body shape, clothes, etc. Designing and sending ecards with your gal is free. If you love your gal so much you can't live without her (as I did), you can purchase stationery, note cards, mugs, etc., even an image to use in your own emails. Proceeds benefit women with Stage IV breast cancer. The folks at DesignHerGals.com do a wonderful job raising awareness and support for this often-overlooked group. I lost a bridesmaid to breast cancer and another friend is fighting a good fight, so this means a lot to me.

Just go to DesignHerGals.com and create your gal, then go into "Outfits" and you can see the Seducing Mr. Darcy choices near the bottom of the list. You choose Darcy and a beautiful regency dress there, or you can dress your gal in regular clothes, go into "On One Hand" in "Fun Stuff" and choose Mr. Darcy there. You can have your gal hold a copy of Seducing Mr. Darcy by going into "On the Other Hand." Whatever you do, it will be almost more fun than a grown-up girl should be allowed to have, I promise you.
